By using the WRINKLE FREE app or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Service Overview WRINKLE FREE provides laundry and dry cleaning services with scheduled pickup and delivery at your doorstep. Services include ironing, washing, dry cleaning, and garment care. 2. Pickup & Delivery Pickup and delivery slots are scheduled via the app or customer support. Timely service is our priority. However, delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events may occur. Customers must be available at the scheduled time or inform us in advance for rescheduling. 3. Garment Handling We take utmost care in handling garments. Customers are advised to check clothing for valuables before handing them over. WRINKLE FREE is not responsible for any loss of personal items. In case of damage or loss, our liability is limited to 5 times the service charge of the affected item.

Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in the app and may vary by garment type and service. Payment is accepted via UPI, cash, or online payment gateways. All payments must be completed before or at the time of delivery. 5. Cancellations & Refunds Orders can be cancelled up to 1 hour before pickup. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered. In case of service failure or dissatisfaction, please contact us within 24 hours for resolution..
